At Pursuit Chiropractic our mission is to support healthy lifestyles and our core belief is that exercise should be at the center of that lifestyle. Our functional training facility gives our community a space where you can support your fitness journey, no matter if you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started. We offer high level coaching and fitness programming along with classes to get you started if you’ve never been in a gym before or it’s been a while!

Our gym is open 7 days a week from 5am-11pm and if classes are your thing, we have one that is right for you!

🏋️ Pursuit Performance: Looking for a challenge? These classes are designed to put it all together and push you beyond what you thought was possible! After finishing one of these classes, you’ll realize there is nothing you can’t accomplish if you’re willing to put in the work!

🧘 Pursuit Pliability Yoga: Mobility-driven yoga class designed for athletes of all skill levels. This class focuses on building greater mobility to support improved movement both in your workouts and everyday life. 
🏃 Pursuit PREP/Be An Athlete (only available during certain times of year):  Be An Athlete classes are designed specifically for the developing athlete. We focus on speed, agility, quickness, functional strength, and the foundations of athleticism in a fun, challenging, and safe environment.

Meet Our Coaches

Coach Shaina​

Shaina is a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and certified Yoga Instructor with a passion for functional fitness and overall well-being. She believes in training in a sustainable way to support a long, healthy life and help athletes feel strong both inside and outside the gym. 
Outside the gym, she enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, hiking with her husband and dogs.

Her coaching approach balances strength, mobility, and cardio, with a strong focus on good form and quality movement. She loves lifting for the mental resilience and confidence that comes with feeling strong, and is driven by seeing athletes hit new PRs and become stronger—both physically and mentally—through their training.

Coach Tara

Tara is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of clinical experience and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a passion for trail running. Her coaching philosophy focuses on comprehensive physical resilience across the entire athletic spectrum—from foundational development in youth to sustainable performance for master athletes.

As an athlete and mom, she emphasizes the importance of balancing strength, mobility, nutrition, recovery, and patience in training. Whether you’re chasing your first race, building strength, preventing injury, or seeking more balanced movement, Tara is here to support your journey.
