Dr. Jeff Feenstra is a Montana native who grew up in Bozeman and graduated from Bozeman High School in 2001. He attended the University of Montana–Western on a full academic and basketball scholarship, earning a B.S. in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Biology and Health & Human Performance.
Dr. Feenstra completed his Doctor of Chiropractic at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX, graduating summa cum laude as valedictorian in 2009. During his training, he received multiple honors, including the James W. Parker Philosophy Award, recognizing excellence in service and chiropractic principles. He also completed a selective internship at the Dallas Veterans Hospital and earned post-graduate certifications in Chiropractic Clinical Neurology, Graston Technique, and Kinesiotaping. After graduation, Dr. Jeff and his wife, Hillary, returned to Montana where he practiced in Bozeman for 10 years before relocating to Dillon to serve the community they proudly call home. Dr. Feenstra has extensive experience treating patients of all ages, with a passion for working with athletes, families, pediatric patients, and expectant mothers. He holds advanced training in pregnancy care and collaborates closely with midwives and perinatal health professionals. Certified as a Chiropractic Sports Physician by the American Board of Chiropractic Sports Physicians, Dr. Feenstra specializes in sports injury care, soft tissue and spinal rehabilitation, and optimizing human movement through proper biomechanics and nutrition. |

Tara Thompson PT, DPT, CSCS, is a highly skilled physical therapist and strength and conditioning specialist who specializes in pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic health, running, orthopedics, and sports performance. With a passion for helping patients achieve their optimal health goals, Tara is committed to providing personalized care and evidence-based treatment.
Tara is a Physical Therapist and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Sage Graduate School in 2010 and completed a credentialed residency through the American Physical Therapy Association in the field of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy at Duke University Medical Center in 2011.
In her free time, Tara loves trail running, yoga, CrossFit, and olympic weightlifting. She has been racing ultra marathons since 2013, and competed in her first olympic weightlifting meet at age 35. She believes in a holistic, whole body approach to training for the best outcomes.
Despite having asthma since childhood, she has completed high-altitude ultra marathons such as the Ouray 50 and High Lonesome 100, with hard work, dedication, and the support of a great coach.
Exercise is a great stress management tool, but you need all of the pieces; nutrition, mobility, strength, support, and recovery, to be truly successful and ultimately become a better athlete and person. After becoming a Mom, it has become even more apparent how important all these pieces of the puzzle are, as well as being flexible and patient with your training!
